My approach: 
I hold private and semi-private round table "coffee talks" for a day, to a day and a half, for only $1,500 per person. If after the first get-together you wish to continue, either privately, or in one of my ongoing non-competing small groups, then we will make arrangements. However, even in our first meeting, I will give you the real story in very friendly, no-nonsense, and pragmatic manner, with the real information you need the most......
